Introducing Out of Office feature.

Sapience Lens retrieves Out of Office (OOO) details from worker's 'Calendar events with Out of Office status'.  

If the Retrieve OOO Status from Calendar Meetings setting in Sapience Vue > Admin > Settings > Work Schedules  is enabled, then Sapience displays OOO details in Sapience Analytics and Reports. 

For a worker, Cap hours are the maximum number of OOO hours displayed for a day. Sapience calculate the caps hours for OOO based on the worker's associated Work Schedule. 

Major updates: 

My Analytics now displays Total Work Hours and OOO Hours.

Going forward:

Utilization and Averages will be displayed in appropriate reports only. 

My Analytics will not display Averages and KPI trends.

My Activity page when:

Work data with Out of Office details (when Out of Office feature is enabled):

 

Work data without Out of Office details (when Out of Office feature is disabled):

This report provides valuable information about the team's utilization with Out Of Office (OOO) trend and helps identify the opportunities to improve capacity utilization.

Pin Report Widgets to Dashboard. In a Report widget, click on ... icon to view the Pin to Dashboard option.

Reports for Data Visibility settings as Worker Level:

Group by option. Allows flexibility to manage data visibility based on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. View data for the selected Date Range based on the Group by option selected. For example:

If the Date Range is selected as Last Month, Group by option displays Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

If the Date Range is selected as Last Week, Group by option displays Daily and Weekly.
