Wellness Check

This report focuses on the wellbeing of a worker and helps improve work pattern and reminds them to revitalize by taking a break. A manager can check if a team member has taken enough rest between workdays.

This report also complies with the EU GDPR compliance requirements for Breaks during the Work hour and summarizes:

•Workers with less than 11 consecutive Rest Hours

•Break Details for Workers working for more than 6 Hours

Note:

•This report displays data only for Registered Sapience Workers whose Activity Collection is ON.

In the report:

•Average Work Time and Number of Workers: Average work time and Headcount for the selected workers categories identified by the filter for the selected date range.

•Workers with less than 11 consecutive Rest Hours: These Workers had a long work day as their Daily rest time was less than 11 hours.

•Break Details for Workers working for more than 6 Hours: Break details for Workers that have been continuously working for more than 6 hours.
