Deployment Mode Data Visibility Setting

In Sapience, worker-level work data is collated at the organization-level, and the generated analytics for operational activities and work patterns is displayed based on the following Deployment Mode Data Visibility settings:

•Worker Level

•Department level

Worker Level

•Data is displayed for an Worker, Manager, Department, Location, or Job Family in the reporting hierarchy. 

•Data is displayed in:

•Team Activity

•Department Activity

•Location Activity

•Job Family Activity

Department Level

Data Visible in Department Level

•Data is displayed at the Department level view, i.e. only Department Owners will be able to view the department level data. 

Data not Visible in Department Level

•Team managers will not be able to see data for their team members OR even at a team level.

•Job Family Activity is not shown.

•Location Activity is not shown.

•Individual data is not shown even to Department Owners.

•Notifications cannot be set at individual level or team level.
