Focus Time

Focus Time is the time spent (more than 20 minutes) continuously on core activities.

This report helps identify the trend of focus time by job families identified by the filter for the selected date range.

•This report displays data only for Registered Sapience Workers whose Activity Collection is ON.

•Focus Time Vs. Work Time: Chart displays the Average Focus hours meter and the calculated Work Hour average for reference.

•Focus Time by Job Family: Chart displays job family-wise focus time spent on core activities spent in hours.

•Focus Time by Location: Chart displays location-wise focus time spent on core activities spent in hours.

•User Count by Job Family: Chart displays the job family-wise users considered in this report.

•User Count by Location: Chart displays the location-wise users considered in this report.

•Focus Time Vs. Work Time Trend: Graph displays the work time trend and the focus time spent on core activities on daily basis.

•Focus Time Average: Table displays the focus time and work time details for the users considered in this report.
