Report - Filters

In a Report, the left pane displays applicable filters for a report.

A user can:

•Refresh the report details

•Select applicable date range.

•Group by option. Allows flexibility to manage data visibility based on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. View data for the selected Date Range based on the Group by option selected. For example:

•If the Date Range is selected as Last Month, Group by option displays Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

•If the Date Range is selected as Last Week, Group by option displays Daily and Weekly.

•Enable applicable filter. If the filter is disabled, then the details are displayed based on the default settings.

•Set the current filter selection as default.

•Retrieve default filter details and then view the report.

•Download the Report as an image (.png) or file (.csv).

Known Behavior:

•If the same filter is applied from the Filter pane and the widget at the same time, then the resulting data set may be empty. This combination is useful for applying additional filtering to the dataset.
