Report - How can I easily review Work Hours for my Teams?

In Sapience Vue > Analytics, use one of the following methods to review work hours for my teams :

•Go to Reports > Work Activity Analysis Report and use the filter to customize the data.

•Go to My Activity tab > Team > Team Activity.

Manager Tip:

High working hours can lead to stress and burnout, whereas low working hours can mean latent capacity and lead to demotivation. Some causes to consider with high work time could be resourcing challenges, incorrectly prioritized work, high distraction levels or insufficient knowledge. Low work time causes could be significant amounts of unaccounted work time, insufficient demands or low morale.

Finding the root causes can help you to determine the best course of action for your teams.
