Sales Efficiency

 

This report is based on Integration with Salesforce and displays analytics based on collated Salesforce and Sapience data for the workers identified by the filter for the selected date range.

 

Note: Report display data only:

If the organization has subscribed and activated integration with Sales system(s) offered by Sapience.

For selected audience (Management, CTO, Sales Head, etc).

For Registered Sapience Workers whose Activity Collection is ON.

In the report:

Opportunity Stages: Bar chart shows the total Opportunity Amount for Opportunities in New, Closed Won, and Closed Lost stages for the workers identified by the filter for the selected date range.

Total Opportunities: Bar chart shows the total Count for Opportunities in New, Closed Won, and Closed Lost stages for the workers identified by the filter for the selected date range.

Sales Rep Activity Statistics: Average Work Time and % of time spent on top 5 activities by the workers identified by the filter for the selected date range.

Activity Opportunity Insights: At a glance of stage-wise Opportunity statistics as of date. A bubble: 

Displays Opportunity Name, Amount, Stage, Average Opportunity Age Since Last Update, and Average Probability %.

Size is based on the Probability %.

Color is based on Last Updated Age:

Green for updates in Last 7 days

Yellow for updates in 8 to 14 days

Orange for updates in 14 to 90 days

Red for 91 days and above

Activity Opportunity Details: Table displays Opportunity-wise details for the Opportunities displayed in Activity Opportunity Insights. 

Sales Rep-wise Utilization and Opportunity Details: This bubble chart is based on Salesforce and Sapience Data for a Sales representative. A bubble:

Displays sales rep-based details, correlated utilization, and Opportunity Amount expected from the current opportunities.

Size is based on the count of opportunities for a Sales Rep.

Color is based on the Maximum Age of the Opportunities that are assigned to the Sales Rep:

Green for max age is less than Last 3 months

Yellow for max age between 3+ to 6 months

Orange for max age between 6+ to 9 months

Red for max age 9+ months and above

Sales Rep Details: Table displays Sales Representative - wise Opportunity-related data from Saleforce and Time-related data from Sapience.
