•Start Time

Start Time is the time of the first activity by the user on a given day. This time may be the first interaction on the PC, or scheduled meeting on that day.

•End Time

End Time is the time of the last activity by the user on a given day.

•First on Device Time

Time of the first activity on the device by the user on a given day.

•Last on Device Time

Time of the last activity on the device by the user on a given day.

•Work Time

Work Time is the Total accounted time spent on work (for user’s Entity or Corporate), both online and offline during the selected duration

Work time = Total Time - UnAccounted Time - Private Time

•Private Time

Private Time is the accounted work time spent on URLs and applications not related to work.

•Unaccounted Time

The idle time that occur between Start Time and End Time (excluding 3 hours of continuous idle time) and is not marked as Meeting is considered as the Unaccounted Time. 

•Workers

Workers are individual contributors in an organization. A worker can be an employee, contractor, or anyonr associated with the organization.

•Breaks

Breaks are the unaccounted / idle time slots between the First activity and the Last activity for a day.

•Meeting Time

Meeting Time is the time spent on work related meetings (that have been accepted by the user).

•Core Time

Core Time is the time spent on core activities that are defined as Core for the user profile. 

Core activities are defined for the organization by the Sapience Admin or Sapience Support in Sapience Vue.

•Focus Time

Focus Time is the time spent (more than 20 minutes) continuously on core activities.
