•Data Schema

A blueprint of how a database is constructed.

•Elasticube

An analytics database used for Sapience BI advanced reporting, allowing you to bring in data from multiple sources, and then merge, manipulate and query the data as if it was one consolidated data set

•Daily Cube

An Elasticube that is built daily and contains data aggregated at a daily level. It is best suited for most reporting needs

•Hourly Cube

An Elasticube that contains detailed data at the very-granular timeslot level and is best suited for one-off reports pulled for small groups

•Widget

A graphical display of data blocks that can be added, removed, dragged and dropped within a dashboard

•Data Fields

•ActivityCategoryName

Displays the type of work activity where users spend their time

•AppName

Displays the name of the application used by the user

•AppVersion

Displays the version of the app

•Date

Displays the date range field in the filter

•DepartmentName

Displays the name of the department users are assigned to

•EmployeeCode

Displays the user’s employee ID

•EmploymentType

Identifies whether a user is an employee or contractor

•ExeName

Displays the executable file name of the application

•FocusTimeInCalendarDay

Displays the time a user spends on a core activity for more than 20 minutes

•FullName

Displays the WDeptManagers , or Managers, or Users first and last name

•IsActivityCollectionOn

Displays whether a user’s activity is being collected

•IsApplication

Identifies if the application is an .exe or a web application/URL

•IsCore

Displays the types of activities that are mapped as core work or non core work

•IsFullTimeEmployee

Displays whether an employee is full time or part time ( DeptManagers , Managers, or Users)

•IsOnPC

Identifies if the work type is on PC or off PC

•JobFamilyName

Displays the job family name for which a user is assigned

•LocationName

Displays the location of the designated user(s) in Vue.

•NetworkLocation

Displays the location of the network a user’s machine was connected to. This can be used to identify work in office vs remote

•OnlineTimeSpent

Displays time user spends working on their device excluding private time

•OfflineTimeSpent

Displays the time a user is not active on their machine and in a calendared offline meeting

•PrivateTimeSpent

Displays the time a user spends on applications or URLs not mapped as work

•TargetWorkTimeDaily

Displays the total time a user is expected to work on any given day

•TimeSpentInCalendarDay

Display time spent on a single day starting from midnight

•UserEmail

Displays the user’s email address

•UnaccountedTimeSpent

Displays the time a user spends away from their machine and not in a meeting

•VendorName

Displays name of the vendor organization

•WorkDay

Displays the total time a user has worked on a given day

•WorkType

Displays the type of activity based on work time, private time, and unaccounted time
