Why do Meeting Times in Sapience not match Meeting Times in Outlook?

Sapience Vue captures time on the active window; therefore, if while during a meeting, the user was creating a PowerPoint slide, time on PowerPoint will be captured for part of the Meeting time. If the computer is not being used, Sapience will check Outlook for an accepted meeting and count it as such.
