How does Sapience capture Meetings?

Sapience Vue integrates with calendar applications to source meeting information. If Sapience detects that a user is away from the system for 5 continuous minutes and if there is an accepted or scheduled meeting at that time,  Sapience will allocate that time to “Offline Work” and in “Meeting” activity.

The following meetings are captured:

•Accepted Meetings

•Meetings not marked as Private

The following meetings are not captured:

•Private / Personal Meetings

•Tentative / Declined Meetings

•Not accepted Meetings

•Whole-day events

•Meetings where availability is marked as ‘Free’

•Meetings longer than 12 hours
